Seoul Gijibae connects international visitors with licensed medical institutions and beauty services in Korea. MeFlow CO.,LTD is an intermediary — not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or perform procedures.
Listed clinics are independent third parties. We do not endorse or guarantee their services. Any agreement with a clinic is solely between you and that clinic.
All content is owned by MeFlow CO.,LTD or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEFLOW CO.,LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed USD $100.
You agree to indemnify MeFlow CO.,LTD against claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct violating these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea. EEA consumers may also have rights in their local courts.
